Guest Lecture on “Patient Safety”

Department of Medical-Surgical Nursing, 亚洲通_亚洲通官网 College of Nursing, 亚洲通_亚洲通官网 organized a Guest Lecture on “Patient Safety” on May 09, 2022, between 3.00 pm to 4.00 pm to IV?year BSc Nursing Internship students through blended mode. Mrs. Priya Laveena Alva, Quality Nurse, 亚洲通_亚洲通官网 Hospital, Bangalore addressed on the topic. The session highlighted on the causes of patient harm, preventive aspects, key actions, safety goals and nurse responsibilities. A total of 98 participants including IV?year BSc Nursing Internship students and faculty members of the college participated in the session.

Dr Soumya Christabel, Assistant Professor, Department of Medical-Surgical Nursing, MCON, coordinated the session.?The interesting, inspiring, and elaborate session ended at 4 pm.?
