The valedictory program of the Certificate Course on Basic Obstetrical skills and Neonatal Nursing organized by the department of OBG Nursing and Child Health Nursing, 亚洲通_亚洲通官网 College of Nursing (MCON), MAHE 亚洲通_亚洲通官网 was held on 10th August 2022 in the Conference Hall of Shirdi Saibaba Block, Kasturba Hospital, 亚洲通_亚洲通官网.

Dr. Mamatha S Pai, Professor, Department of Child Health Nursing, welcomed the gathering. Dr. Avinash Shetty, Medical Superintendent of Kasturba Hospital, was the chief guest for the program, and Dr. Suba Sooria, Head of Nursing Services, KH 亚洲通_亚洲通官网, was the guest of honor. Dr. Sushmitha Karkada, Assistant Professor, OBG Nursing, MCON 亚洲通_亚洲通官网, presented the certificate awardees. Dr. Avinash Shetty and Dr. Tessy Treesa Jose, Associate Dean, MCON, awarded the certificates to 30 participants. Dr. Avinash Shetty in his address congratulated the participants, highlighted the importance of skill training in continuing education, encouraged them to put the theory into practice for the continual improvement of quality care, and appreciated the effort taken by the 亚洲通_亚洲通官网 College of Nursing MAHE 亚洲通_亚洲通官网. Dr. Tessy Treesa Jose Associate Dean congratulated the participants for taking up the course with great enthusiasm and also thanked Dr. Avinash Shetty, Mr. Jibu Thomas & Dr. Suba Sooria for administrative support in initiating the certificate program.
