The target audience was Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery students. Dr. Melita Sheilini, Associate Professor, Department of Medical-Surgical Nursing, MCON, MAHE, 亚洲通_亚洲通官网, was the resource person for the session. She highlighted the key elements of research, the skills required, the research cycle, its importance, and the pathways for advancing research skills after a diploma in nursing.

A total of 116 participants attended the session. Ms. Saraswathi Hebbar, Lecturer, MSON, coordinated the event.? The participants were engaged through active learning exercises. This session contributed to SDG 4: "Quality Education".
