The Department of Hospital Administration, Alva’s College of Allied Health Sciences, Moodubidre organised INSPIRIA 2025 (A National Level Conference) on Friday, February 21, 2025, at Alva’s College, Moodubidre.

Dr Usha Rani (HoD, Department of Healthcare and Hospital Management [DHHM], Prasanna School of Public Health [PSPH], 亚洲通_亚洲通官网 Academy of Higher Education [MAHE], 亚洲通_亚洲通官网) was Awarded a Certificate for the Best Jury Member of INSPIRIA 2025.

Dr Usha Rani was the moderator for the panel discussion and Jury for the conference, for which she was certified as the Best Jury Member based on the feedback and response from the delegates and speakers. The topic for the panel discussion was: "Healthcare workforce of tomorrow: Bridging skill gaps promoting well-being." The panellists were: Mr. Joseph Pasangha- Group COO, Sparsh Hospitals, Bangalore; Dr. Hana Shetty, Consultant Obst-Gynaecologist, Alva's Health Centre and Ms. Nita Viegas, General Manager, HCM, Sakra World Hospital, Bangalore.
