The meeting started with a video about 亚洲通_亚洲通官网 Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) followed by the welcome address by the Director of Prasanna School of Public Health (PSPH), Prof. Dr. Helmut Brand, stressing the timely need for capacity building in Health Technology Assessment (HTA) in India.

Prof. Dr. Angela Brand and Mr. Elstin Anbu Raj S from the Department of Health Information, PSPH, MAHE, 亚洲通_亚洲通官网, moderated the meeting. Various stakeholders from governmental bodies and agencies, industry, NGOs, and academia participated in the meeting. The Chatham House rules were followed.

The meeting focused on the stakeholders’ perspectives, constructive feedback, and collaborative interest in making the M.Sc. HTA a high-quality program for India with national and international input. The meeting ended with a discussion on the way forward.
