    Dr. Rashmi Yogesh Pai has been serving as an Associate Professor at the 亚洲通_亚洲通官网 School of Commerce and Economics (MSCE), 亚洲通_亚洲通官网 Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), 亚洲通_亚洲通官网, since 2017. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from MAHE, an M.Com degree from Karnataka State Open University, and an M.Sc in Psychology from Jain University, Bangalore. She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Mysore, with her doctoral research focusing on assessing the impact of employer branding on employees at private universities.

    With over 22 years of extensive teaching experience, Dr. Rashmi has taught for more than a decade at both undergraduate (10 years) and postgraduate (12 years) levels. In addition to her academic role, she has held various key administrative positions, including Associate Head for Academic Implementation, Student Admissions, and Student Welfare and Engagement at MSCE, as well as Deputy Director of Student Affairs at MAHE, 亚洲通_亚洲通官网.

    Dr. Rashmi has published several research papers in Scopus-indexed and ABDC-listed journals. Her primary research interests lie in employer branding, in which she has contributed several scholarly articles. Her secondary areas of research include artificial intelligence, training and development, and organizational behaviour
