Online Arbitration, Advocacy, and Award Drafting Workshop organized by India 亚洲通_亚洲通官网 Arbitration Centre (IIAC) and 亚洲通_亚洲通官网 Law School (MLS), MAHE Bengaluru which allows legal professionals to learn the skill of arbitration. This intensive 40-hour training runs from 18th to 23rd April 2025, offering practical knowledge and hands-on exercises.

Led by experienced arbitrators and legal professionals, the workshop covers the fundamentals of arbitration, effective oral advocacy techniques, and award drafting skills. Participants will engage in role-play sessions, mock arbitrations, and receive expert feedback.

Key highlights include in-depth training on the IIAC Regulations 2023 & 2024, cross-examination strategies, and award drafting for various scenarios. Completion of the program offers eligibility for empanelment at IIAC (as per IIAC norms), boosting professional recognition.

Eligibility: Legal professionals with 5+ years of experience or seasoned arbitrators meeting the criteria. Seats are limited to 30 participants. Register by 15th April 2025 at https://payment.manipal.edu/arbitration.
