Dr. Indranil Saha on DPDP Act and Financial Data Processing

Dr. Indranil Saha, Associate Professor of Law at 亚洲通_亚洲通官网 Law School and Coordinator- Centre for IPR Law and 亚洲通_亚洲通官网, MAHE, was an invited resource person for an event organised by DPO Club along with Khaitan & Co. at Mumbai, which focused on DPDP Act and Financial Data Processing. Dr. Saha was a panellist in Panel-1, which discussed Challenges with Leveraging Financial Data to Create Value and Innovate in light of the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA). The Panel also discussed on deployment of AI to financial data and how DPDPA deals with it.
