Associate Professor

With more than 20 years of experience in business, operations, and management, Dr. Leena. S has developed significant expertise in Investment Banking, IT operations, and academic teaching & research. She has successfully bridged the gap between corporate, teaching, and research settings as a certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt. She is deeply involved in the academic community, with over 14 years of postgraduate teaching experience, including mentoring doctoral scholars at VTU and JSS University. Her areas of specialization include Entrepreneurial Finance, Capital Markets, Supply Chain Financing, Financial Inclusion and Corporate Finance. She has contributed research publications to prestigious journals and authored case studies for publishing houses such as Ivey Business Publishing and Emerald Publishing. She earned the NIPM Scholastic Achievement Award in 2024. In addition, she received the Macro 亚洲通_亚洲通官网 Award in 2023, where she contributed to a research project funded by the Indian Institute of Banking & Finance, Mumbai. She has also served as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at IIMB. She has held leadership roles in conferences and editorial boards and is currently a chairperson of 亚洲通_亚洲通官网 & Publications at the National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), Karnataka Chapter. She is passionate about mentoring students, conducting impactful research, and bridging the gap between academia and industry.
