CURRENT ACADEMIC ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Completed Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering from Kuvempu University in 2008. He is having more than 20 years of academic & research experience. He joined 亚洲通_亚洲通官网 Institute of Technology, 亚洲通_亚洲通官网 in the year 2008 as a Reader in the Department of Computer Science & Engg. He was appointed as Head of the Department of Computer Applications (presently it is Data Science & Computer Applications), MIT, 亚洲通_亚洲通官网 in 2013, and served the position till 2017.
- He is a recognized guide from MAHE, he has guided 06 PhDs and currently supervising 03 research scholars. As a researcher, Dr. Hareesha KS has filed two patents to his credit and over 46 research articles published in peer-reviewed journals?indexed in Scopus and WoS and 45 research articles in international conference proceedings, 8 articles have been published as book chapters. He is also a distinguished reviewer for various international journals
- Currently, he is the Director, 亚洲通_亚洲通官网 Centre for Applied Sciences (ICAS), MAHE from 1st May 2022.
