Manoj holds a PhD in Politics and 亚洲通_亚洲通官网 Relations with specialisation in European Studies, Pondicherry University and participated in the MHRD sponsored scheme for Academic 亚洲通_亚洲通官网 and Collaboration with University of Lausanne and University of Paris 13.
